Homeowners across Caledonia call Big Toms Roofing because we do what we say — show up on time, explain what we find in plain language, and stand behind every Storm Damage Roof Repair job with a written warranty.
We built Big Toms Roofing to fix a problem every homeowner in Caledonia has run into: contractors who don't return calls, no-show for appointments, or pad the invoice once the tarp's already on the roof. Our Storm Damage Roof Repair crews are local, licensed, and accountable — every estimate is in writing before a single shingle gets pulled.
From a single missing shingle to a full tear-off, our Caledonia crews handle every stage of roofing work with the same attention to detail — licensed, permitted, and cleaned up when we leave.

A Storm Damage Roof Repair replacement is one of the biggest investments a Caledonia homeowner makes in their property, and we treat it that way — daily site cleanup, magnetic nail sweeps, and a final walkthrough with the crew lead before we consider the job done.
Downtime costs money, so commercial Storm Damage Roof Repair jobs get scheduled around your operating hours whenever possible, with clear communication to property managers and tenants throughout the project.
After a wind or hail event, insurance companies want documented proof of damage. Our inspection team photographs and reports storm damage in a format adjusters recognize, which speeds up claim approval.
Ice damming is a real problem in Caledonia, MN winters when it happens. We install proper ice-and-water shield and improve attic insulation and ventilation to stop the freeze-thaw cycle that damages eaves.
